FX-POLICEBADGE is an item-based LEO badge. An officer uses the badge in their inventory, their character takes it out and plays the showing animation, and the card opens on the screen of whoever is standing in front of them. Either side closes it with ESC or BACKSPACE.

Nothing on that card comes from the client. Rank, full name, department, badge number and validity dates are all produced on the server from your framework's own data — the client only ever says "show my badge". Who gets to see it is decided on the server too, from server-side coordinates, so a client cannot hand over its own list of viewers.

The card itself is drawn from a measured wallet photograph rather than a mockup: the white area's position inside the image is written into the CSS as percentages, and every type size is a multiple of the card width. It looks identical at every resolution and at any size you set. Text that would overflow is measured and scaled down rather than clipped or wrapped.

It costs nothing while nobody is using it. No loop runs permanently — the watcher thread exists only while a badge is open, and the animation dictionary and the prop are released the moment they are done with.
